Refunds and Returns

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. If you receive a defective item, we’ll either send you the parts necessary to fix the item or replace the unit, depending on the product’s warranty specifications.

If you would like to return a non-defective, unused/unopened item, you may return it to us by mail or small parcel carrier such as FedEx or UPS within 14 days of purchase. You are responsible for paying the return shipping, but we are happy to provide you with a shipping label at our discounted shipping rate. Once the returned item has been received by us and inspected to ensure it is not damaged, your purchase price for the item will be refunded to you, minus a 20% restocking fee (and the shipping cost if we provided the pre-paid label).
